Lassus, Dublin Choral Foundation’s professional choir performed its Autumn Series with concerts in St Mary’s Church, Haddington Road Dublin 4 on Saturday November 3rd 2018 7.30pm and St Michael’s Church, Enniskillen on Sunday Sept 16th 2018 at 7.30pm.
Celebrating the centenary of the signing of the Armistice in November 1918 To the Remembrance of Thee … eatured polychoral works, including Ferdinando Bertoni’s Te Deum, psalm settings by Adriano Banchieri born 450 years ago and Lili Boulanger’s evocative Pie Jesu.
Poetry which celebrates the end of WW1 was be read by Mark O’Regan and Dawn Bradfield.
